Currently, they are looking for: Food Technologist (Seasoning Creator) Responsibilities - Applies scientific andengineering principles in research, development, production technology,quality control, packaging, processing, and utilization of foods.
- Conducts basic research, and newproduct research and development of foods.
- Develops new and improved methodsand systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging,and distribution.
- Studies methods to improvequality of foods, such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value,convenience, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition offoods.
- Develops food standards, safetyand sanitary regulations, and waste management and water supplyspecifications.
- Tests new products in testkitchen and develops specific processing methods in laboratory pilotplant, and confers with process engineers, flavor experts, and packagingand marketing specialists to resolve problems.
Requirements - RecognizedBachelor's degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Biochemistry
- Have at least3-5 years working experience. Experience in developing savory flavor andseasoning for savory applications like snacks, instant noodle, condiment,soup stock, etc for Indonesian market
- Candidate whohas experience working with multi national flavor and Ingredients Companywould be an added advantage.
- Excellentinterpersonal team-working and communication skills with leadershipqualities.
- Willing towork in Cikarang and travel to overseas for business purposes.
