" Education Bachelor degree major in Mechanical Engineering
" Have 7-12 years experience in the administration of contracts and subcontracts with large construction projects
" Able to identify and manage risks and advice the project team the solution/remedy to overcome risks
" Prepare change order, variations and also claims
" Assist the project team for resolving the contractual issues and disputes regarding main contract and subcontracts
" Good negotiating skills and able to administer the contracts including scope of works and supply and contractual requirements
" Familiar with FIDIC Terms and conditions and also knowledge about types of contracts.
" Should have a general understanding of contract law and statutory requirements that may affect the project
" Effective communication and correspondence and interpretation of contract terms and conditions including subcontracts with client and subcontractors
" Good proficiency in English (oral and written)
